The 4th International Conference on Sports Engineering (ICSE 2025) is being jointly organized by Sports Engineering Association,India and Birla Institute of Technology & Science Pilani,India In collaboration with INEFC, Barcelona University, Spain; Thammasat University, Thailand and TAR UMT, Malaysia With technical support from International Sports Engineering Association, UK; Under the aegis of Ministry of youth affairs and sports, New Delhi, India.

The ICSE 2025 aims to bring together leading international scholars and practitioners from the fields of sports science and engineering. The conference serves as a platform to showcase innovative ideas and technological advancements that enhance the safety, performance, and sustainability of sports through engineering solutions.

A key focus will be on exploring diverse methodological approaches, including fieldwork, observations, and interactive sessions, to foster a comprehensive understanding of sports-related challenges and solutions.

The carefully curated three-day program is designed to promote knowledge exchange and stimulate meaningful dialogue among researchers. Day one will feature workshops and panel discussions, providing opportunities for hands-on learning and collaborative exploration of emerging topics. On the second and third days, the conference will host three distinguished keynote speakers and a series of parallel sessions for paper presentations, offering in-depth insights into cutting-edge research.

Additionally, the conference provides ample opportunities for informal interactions, enabling participants to engage in dynamic discussions on various themes aligned with the conference's overarching focus.

We invite original research in engineering, technology, data science applications in sports, and scientific or application-oriented studies in the sporting domain. Accepted abstracts with author registration will be published in the ICSE-2025 Science and Technology Series (ISBN).

Submit your paper title, author details, and abstract via the Abstract Submission Link by the deadline. Abstracts will be reviewed progressively, and decisions communicated promptly and within 15 days. Authors must ensure submissions are not under review or published elsewhere. Each registration covers one paper presentation, scheduling of presentation will be at the discretion of the organizing committee.

Presented papers qualify for the Best Paper Awards, and full manuscripts will be published by Springer Nature in a proceedings book (Scopus indexed). Springer accepts only full papers (≥4 pages) that pass quality checks, with no charges for Non-Open Access content.

All accepted abstracts with author registration will be published in the ICSE-2025 Science and Technology Series (with ISBN).

All authors of Abstracts presented in the conference will be asked to submit full paper. Full papers will undergo due review process as per requirements of Springer and the final camera ready full manuscript will be due by 15th December 2025. Full manuscripts, will be published by Springer Nature in a proceedings book (Scopus indexed). Springer accepts only full papers (≥4 pages) that pass quality checks, there is no additional charges for such Non-Open Access content. Final publication by Springer may take about 12 months after the conference.
